5 Ways to Avoid Distractions

It’s becoming a problem only if it begins to directly interfere with you work, with your ability to concentrate on tough tasks. In this case, not only you play a dangerous game with your boss (you can be fired), but also you don’t feel really good about yourself, feeling like crap because not being able to do anything constructive regarding your daily tasks. You need to take control of your time. I mean that you have to put limits and to master your online activity.
The tips that are listed in this post are great starting points, but to really avoid distraction you need to make the effort to change your habits. These are just quick fixes, not long term solutions.
