He gives some great exam­ples, the bot­tom line is that using the law of attrac­tion, you must focus on what you want, not what you don’t want.

I have found this to be most true for me in my golf game. If I con­stantly focus on a slice that is what I am get­ting, one rea­son peo­ple have so much trou­ble when they gold a hole with houses lin­ing the fair­way. They focus on what they don’t want — hit­ting a house.
